WHATWE DO

The Fertility & Reproductive Endocrinology Specialists at the Reproductive Health & Fertility Center are a team of healthcare professionals whose medical practice is focused specifically on helping infertile couples conceive.  In addition, we treat other reproductive hormonal disorders.  We believe that intensive counseling and educating our patients about reproduction enable them to make better choices of treatment options and eases the frustration and emotional stress associated with infertility.  The team approach at the Center focuses on the couple as the patient

Infertility Diagnosis

Infertility is the inability to conceive after one year of trying. Nearly one in eight couples who desire to have a baby is infertile.  Several simple tests can identify the cause of infertility, which is just as often found in the male as it is in the female.  Many times multiple causes can be diagnosed.  Only rarely, no apparent reason for infertility can be found.

Infertility Treatment

Typically, there are several treatment options and these are discussed in depth with the couple who participates in the decision making process.  At our Center the treatment is designed to fit the specific medical and philosophical needs of the couple.  The course of treatment is closely monitored and evaluated.  If not effective, the treatment is adjusted and advanced.  In many instances, the problem can be corrected with a lifestyle adjustment or simple treatment.  With the newest advances in medical technology and science, many previously untreatable problems can now be corrected.
